Sapporo Ramen is one of the most popular foods in Japan. I often see people smiling when they talk about it. I suppose that`s because ramen has some special power that melts everyone`s heart.

Sapporo ramen has now grown to become a significant part of Japanese food culture. This success is related to its history. Everything started when Sapporo ramen was served in stalls. At that time the flavor of each ramen bowl was decided directly by the customers. For this reason Sapporo Ramen special power was created by consumers themselves.

This English website was developed by Nishiyama Seimen Co. Ltd. that follows the tradition of making Sapporo Ramen since the time when it was served in stalls, to provide as much information as possible to meet each costumer request.
