Ingredient analysis

  • Raw material for Nishiyama's ramen soup is carefully selected from soy sauce, miso, and quality ingredients from around Japan, and especially Hokkaido, to obtain a rich natural taste that matches perfectly with noodles.

Filling and packaging

  • The soup is packed in small bags. There are a wide variety of soups according to the thickness of noodles and their difference in firmness. Each pack is disposable and is carefully checked for its hygienic conditions.

    Since the film pack is completely sealed, hygiene is assured. Also the soup for restaurants is filled and sealed into specific packs.

    We then put all inside a cardboard and send it.

Storage and shipping

  • Boxed and packaged products are stored safely and shipped from the factory after last appropriate quality checks.
